I will lecture on “Ibsen’s Late Style” at Litteraturhuset in Oslo on Sunday November 3, at 15:00. I see from the program that I’ll be speaking just before Dag Solstad discusses his new novel. I am really looking forward to hearing him! Also, my talk is a Norwegian version of a brand new paper I have written on Ibsen’s last four plays, which I don’t write much about in my book on Ibsen, Henrik Ibsen and the Birth of Modernism (Norwegian translation: Ibsens modernisme).
